To sanitize the jewelry before insertion, please use only warm water and antibacterial soap. Make sure to dry the jewelry after sanitizing. Do not boil the jewelry or use rubbing alcohol or saline, because these methods can damage the stones.

I always check all jewelry prior to shipment to make sure that they are functional and meet my high quality standards. Due to sanitary reasons, my store does not accept any returns and I only sell brand-new, unused jewelry. However, I am always happy to assist with exchanges.
